I was really looking forward to my stay, especially with the promise of beautiful views and relaxing amenities, but my experience was overshadowed by the unwelcoming staff and lack of basic amenities. The location was quite peaceful among the rice fields, which I appreciated, but the lack of friendliness from the staff really impacted my overall enjoyment. The room had great potential but initial issues with maintenance made the first part of my stay uncomfortable.

The room I was initially given had maintenance issues, including a non-working air conditioning unit, which made it uncomfortable during my first two nights. However, after switching rooms, I found it much better, well-furnished, and with everything working as it should.

Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing overall. The staff seemed disinterested and almost rude, rather than welcoming and helpful. It felt like my presence was more of an inconvenience to them than anything else.

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, mainly due to its central location in Ubud, which made exploring super convenient. The staff was welcoming and worked hard to maintain a clean environment. While the amenities and serene atmosphere were lovely, the Wi-Fi was frustratingly poor and the room I stayed in had issues with inconsistent hot water. Overall, it's a decent choice, but some improvements could make it a better experience.

I had a really nice stay in a spacious room overlooking beautiful rice paddies. The environment was serene and the hotel is conveniently close to shops and restaurants. However, the restaurant is on the small side, which resulted in some frustrating waits during breakfast.
