I was really looking forward to my stay, especially with the promise of beautiful views and relaxing amenities, but my experience was overshadowed by the unwelcoming staff and lack of basic amenities. The location was quite peaceful among the rice fields, which I appreciated, but the lack of friendliness from the staff really impacted my overall enjoyment. The room had great potential but initial issues with maintenance made the first part of my stay uncomfortable.

Rooms
6.0
The room I was initially given had maintenance issues, including a non-working air conditioning unit, which made it uncomfortable during my first two nights. However, after switching rooms, I found it much better, well-furnished, and with everything working as it should.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing overall. The staff seemed disinterested and almost rude, rather than welcoming and helpful. It felt like my presence was more of an inconvenience to them than anything else.
Location
9.0
The hotel is situated in a tranquil setting surrounded by stunning rice fields, which is a definite highlight. It was close enough to walk to Ubud center, making it convenient for exploring.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a letdown. I found the quality of breakfast to be mediocre, and the dining area was consistently messy, which discouraged me from eating on-site after the first few mornings.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities around the property, including the pools and gardens, were well-kept and visually appealing. However, the overall maintenance of the guest rooms left much to be desired.

7.2/10

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, mainly due to its central location in Ubud, which made exploring super convenient. The staff was welcoming and worked hard to maintain a clean environment. While the amenities and serene atmosphere were lovely, the Wi-Fi was frustratingly poor and the room I stayed in had issues with inconsistent hot water. Overall, it's a decent choice, but some improvements could make it a better experience.

Rooms

The standard double room I had was comfortable and had a welcoming balcony. However, the bathroom had intermittent hot water and needed updating.
Service

The staff were friendly and worked diligently to keep everything clean, though they sometimes felt understaffed.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Ubud, just a short walk from the Monkey Forest and lots of nearby restaurants.
Dining

Breakfast was included, offering a decent selection, but I found the offerings somewhat basic.

The hotel featured two swimming pools and a spa, adding to the relaxing ambiance, though the spa services could be found cheaper elsewhere.

I had a really nice stay in a spacious room overlooking beautiful rice paddies. The environment was serene and the hotel is conveniently close to shops and restaurants. However, the restaurant is on the small side, which resulted in some frustrating waits during breakfast. It’s definitely a family-friendly place, but the cleanliness in the rooms could use some improvement.

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the pool and rice paddies. It was comfortable and quite adequate for my stay.
Service
7.0
The service was decent, but I felt it could be improved, especially considering some treatments left me waiting longer than expected. Still, they were generally helpful when needed.
Location
8.0
The location is excellent, just steps away from shops and only a short walk to the monkey sanctuary. However, being right on a busy road, it can get quite noisy and polluted.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was decent, but I found it a bit basic and the restaurant could use more space—there were long waits at peak times.
Facilities
9.0
I enjoyed the quiet pool area which was well-maintained; it's a lovely spot to relax.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was a big plus, being close to all the attractions and eateries in Ubud, and the pools were a standout. However, the room I stayed in initially was outdated and had some maintenance issues, plus the dining experience left much to be desired. Overall, while there are some great aspects, the lack of attention to certain details dampened my stay.

Rooms
5.0
The first room I was put in was quite average and old, with a bathroom that felt like it was from the '70s. The air conditioning didn't work properly, leading to uncomfortable nights. Thankfully, I was moved to a better room later, which was much more comfortable and well-furnished.
Service
6.0
Service was a bit hit or miss. While some staff were friendly and eager to help, it took quite a bit of time to address my room change request, which was a bummer. The staff needed improvement in terms of being more proactive and attentive.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Ubud. There’s easy access to shopping, cafes, and beautiful views, making it convenient for outings.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a letdown. The breakfast options were limited, and the food quality was mediocre. The dining area felt cramped and didn't seem clean enough, making us choose to eat out instead.
Facilities
8.0
The pools were well-kept and a great place to relax, which I enjoyed during my stay. The landscaping around the hotel was beautiful too.

We had a lovely stay at this resort with beautiful surroundings and spacious rooms. The pools were great, but the breakfast options were a bit limited and could use improvement. The staff were mostly helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Ubud, but some facilities need updating. Overall, a good value for the price.

Rooms
7.0
Our deluxe double room was spacious and bright, offering wonderful views over the rice paddies. However, the bathroom felt outdated and the air conditioner wasn't very effective.
Service
7.0
The staff were mostly helpful and friendly but sometimes struggled with English. I think they just need to be a bit more proactive in their customer service approach.
Location
9.0
The hotel is excellently located near Ubud Market with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was easy to explore the area with such a great base.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was just okay with limited options for non-egg eaters, but the banana pancakes were delicious on the last day.
Facilities
7.0
The pools were lovely and the gardens superb, but some amenities like the hairdryer were missing and could use an upgrade.
